What is Coaching?
"Coaching is about unlocking a person's potential to maximize their own performance. It's helping them to learn rather than teaching them." - Tony Robbins

Coaching is a collaborative and empowering process aimed at helping individuals unlock their potential, set and achieve meaningful goals, and navigate the path to personal and professional success. It involves a supportive partnership between the coach and the client, fostering self-discovery, skill development, and positive change.

Who will benefit from coaching?
Coaching is a transformative process that can benefit people from all walks of life. Whether you're a student navigating career choice, a professional seeking work-life balance, a homemaker facing personal challenges, or a leader looking to enhance your skills, coaching offers valuable support. It's particularly helpful for those who find it challenging to share their concerns within their personal circles or are seeking clarity in setting goals, managing conflicting needs, overcoming limiting beliefs, and establishing boundaries. Coaching provides a safe and confidential space where people can feel heard, understood, and supported, facilitating personal growth and empowering them to achieve their aspirations.

How are coaches different from Therapists, Psychotherapists and counsellors?

Coaches are not licensed therapists or counsellors, they are trained and certified individuals who incorporate therapeutic tools and techniques such as belief reprogramming, trauma-informed approaches, and emotional awareness and regulation. These tools are used within the coaching framework to support individuals in their personal and professional development.

Coaches use of therapeutic tools aim to help clients overcome mental barriers, manage stress, and build emotional resilience. However, it's crucial to note that the application of these tools is not a replacement for therapeutic intervention. Coaches are not trained to diagnose or treat mental health conditions, and their use of therapeutic tools is typically focused on enhancing clients' overall well-being and helping them achieve their goals.

On the other hand, therapists, psychotherapists, and counsellors are specifically trained to provide mental health diagnosis, treatment, and support. They work within a more comprehensive therapeutic framework that addresses a range of psychological, emotional and behavioral concerns. People seeking support should carefully consider their specific needs and goals when choosing between coaching and therapeutic services. If there is a need for mental health diagnosis or treatment, a licensed mental health professional may be more appropriate.

Can a person who is working with a therapist or a counsellor benefit from coaching?
Yes, a person who is working with a therapist or a counsellor can still benefit from coaching. While therapy and counselling primarily focus on addressing and healing past emotional issues, managing mental health conditions, and fostering emotional well-being, coaching takes a more forward-looking and goal-oriented approach.

It's important for the client to communicate openly with both their therapist/counsellor and coach to ensure a cohesive approach. However, it's crucial to recognize the distinct roles of each, with therapy or counselling addressing emotional and psychological concerns, while coaching focuses on addressing limiting beliefs and achieving future goals and personal development.

I offer online coaching only.

How confidential is the coaching process?
Please be assured that issues or information that are discussed in the coaching session are confidential.

How long does it take to see results?
You should be able to get the idea and experience in the discovery call itself. To be able to see some good results, it will at least take 4-week package. If you want to achieve optimum benefits, you have sign up for a 12-week package.

What is your coaching approach or style?
I am a trained and certified “Integrated attachment Theory coach”. It empowers people to engage in the process of recognizing unhelpful mental, emotional, communication, and behavioral patterns, reprogram these unhelpful patterns by using result-oriented tools at the level of your subconscious mind. It also includes practicing heathy communication and conflict resolution and practicing healthy strategy for expressing, understating and meeting needs and boundaries.

Is it mandatory to sign up for your packages after the discovery session?
No. The purpose of the discovery session is to explore how I can be of help to you. You will be allowed to have a brief discussion on the issues that you are currently facing and based on it I will be able to demonstrate how I will be of help and the tools that I will use to help you see and resolve the issue better. Post that you will be in a position to know if you want to sign up for the packages I offer or not.
